About Us
Chinese Martial Arts and Health Centre Australia believes in training the body and the mind. They offer traditional Kung Fu and Tai Chi, and other Chinese martial arts. Their training methods focus on achieving harmony between the body and the mind through disciplined practice. They teach styles such as Chang Chuan and Hong Chuan Kung Fu, Yang Tai Chi, and Qigong. Their goal is to help students cultivate strength, balance, and inner peace, and to provide a holistic journey towards physical and mental well-being.
