About Us
Fighting Fit is a training program that helps individuals improve their health and fitness through breath training and boxing. The program is led by Steven, a boxing and fitness coach with over 6 years of experience, who has helped athletes and individuals with various health conditions improve their well-being through optimized breathing techniques. The program includes various sessions, such as Beach Boxing, Boxing 1 on 1 or small group, and Box n Breathe, which combine boxing and breathwork to improve physical and mental health. The program has been beneficial for individuals with ADHD, anxiety, and other conditions, and has helped them improve their focus, concentration, and overall well-being.
