Illawarra Karate

Illawarra Karate is your karate family, offering traditional karate training for everyone, including preschool children, primary school students, teenagers, and adults. Our dojo is an official member club of the International Okinawa Goju-Ryu Karate-Do Federation (IOGKF), which is the largest Okinawa Karate body in the world. All of our instructors are internationally recognized and fully qualified, having trained in Okinawa, Japan, the birthplace of karate. We focus on improving the mind, body, and spirit through karate practice, making it accessible for individuals of all ages and skill levels.
