About Us
The Sydney University Judo Club is the oldest judo club in Australia, founded in 1954. It has trained nine Olympians and numerous Australian representatives. The club is run by students and has black-belt instructors with international experience. They teach judo and offer classes for juniors. The club's philosophy is that an opponent is not an enemy in judo, but rather someone who can help improve one's heart and energy.
