International Wing Chun Academy (Maroubra)

The Maroubra Wing Chun school is located at the Uniting Church in Maroubra Junction, NSW. It was established in 1994 and offers martial arts and self-defence classes. The school is led by Senior Instructors John and Stephen. The classes are conducted in a hall at the back-right of the Uniting Church. The school is convenient for those living in and around Randwick, Coogee, Malabar, Matraville, Eastgardens, and Kingsford. The training location is easily accessible by public transport or vehicle, with a bus stop outside the church and plenty of on-street parking nearby. The school teaches Wing Chun, a style of Kung Fu that emphasizes simplicity, directness, practicality, economy of movement, and minimum use of brute strength. The school also has a range of membership options, including once a week, twice a week, and unlimited classes, as well as a prepaid training card system.
