Cirillo’s RMA is a family-operated business dedicated to offering first class martial arts instruction in Kyokushin Karate and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) to the Griffith community and its surrounding areas. They promote holistic development by nurturing not only physical skills but also mental discipline, confidence, and personal growth in students. They prioritize core values such as respect, discipline, and unity, imparting valuable life lessons that can have a positive impact on students. They teach Kyokushin Karate, which promotes mental discipline, focus, and self-confidence, improves strength, flexibility, and coordination, and develops self-defence skills. They also teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), which enhances problem-solving skills, mental discipline, and improves self-confidence, provides a full-body workout, improves strength, endurance, and flexibility.
