Top End Judo Academy

The Top End Judo Academy is a judo school based in Dripstone Middle School, offering training sessions on Tuesday and Thursday nights. The academy is led by an International and Nationally qualified coach, with a combined 70+ years of judo knowledge. The school teaches the core values of Judo: Respect, Integrity, Sincerity, Courage, Honour and Friendship, and offers a safe, fun and positive training environment. The academy teaches various styles of judo and focuses on developing skills beyond just judo, such as balance, flexibility, posture, co-ordination, and reflex development. Judo is a modern martial art that originated in Japan and is a great way for children to learn self-defense while gaining self-confidence and exercising. The academy prides itself on offering progressive programs that develop more than just judo skills and aims to create a community through judo.
